MR TREVOR P. BROCKERHOFF
LLB (University of Namibia)
Mr Brockerhoff is a graduate of the University of Namibia who has over 8 years experience as a senior legal officer in the ministry of justice. During his tenure as a legal officer he regularly advised on highly complex litigious matters and obtained a stellar reputation for his work as a trial attorney.
Trevor Phillip Brockerhoff brings to the firm litigation experience in excess of eight years. He joined the Directorate Legal Aid in December 2009 where he has amassed vast experience in criminal, labour and civil litigation. Furthermore he has extensively practised in the Magistrate’s courts, High Court and the Supreme Court of Namibia.
Amongst various high profile cases, Mr Brockerhoff was one of the litigants in the constitutional challenge in re: constitutionality of long and excessive prison sentences in the Supreme Court of Namibia.
